Crockpot Apple Pie

Apples peeled and sliced (try Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples)
1-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons
butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2
teaspoons vanilla
1-1/2 cup Bisquick, divided
1/3 cup brown
sugar
3 tablespoons butter, cold
Toss apples in large
bowl with cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Place apple mixture in lightly greased slow cooker. Combine milk, softened butter,
sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup of the Bisquick. Spoon over apples.
Combine the remaining
Bisquick with the brown sugar. Cut cold butter into Bisquick mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over top of apple
mixture.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours or until apples are soft.
Chex After School Mix
9 cups chex cereal (wheat, rice and or corn)
1/2
cup peanut butter
1 cup semi sweet choc chips
1/4 c margarine
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Melt choc chips, peanutbutter, margarine, stirring
until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal until evenly coated. Pour powdered sugar in large bag
and add cereal mixture. Shack to coat. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
Other cereals may be
used. Nuts, dried fruits, ect can also be added to make up the 9 cups of cereal
Breakfast Pizza
1 pkg of crescent rolls
1 lb sausage or canadian bacon
1 C. shredded
hash browns
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 C. milk
salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 375. Unroll crescents and press onto round pizza pan with
the points going toward the center. Just keep pressing and squishing with your hands, it will cover the bottom of the pan.
Brown the sausage and drain, then sprinkle over the crust. Next add the hash browns, then beat the eggs with the milk and
add seasoning to taste. Pour over the pizza and top with cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Best Ever Banana Muffins

large bananas
3/4 cup white sugar
1egg slightly
beaten
1tsp. baking
soda
1tsp. baking
powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2cup flour
1/3 cup melted butter
Combine banana, sugar, egg & butter.
Add to dry ingredients.
375* For 20 minutes.
